This policy explains what personal information Onwards Digital (“we”, “us”) collects when you use onwardsdigital.com or our services, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little. The controller of your information is [legal name / entity], reachable at contactonwardsdigital@gmail.com.
1. What we collect
We only collect information you give us, plus a small amount that comes with using any website.
- When you fill in a form (free mockup, a plan questionnaire, or Monthly Care): your name, email address, business name, industry, the size of your clientele, whether you have an existing website and its address, your notes about what you want, and any file you attach and its caption. You choose what to write; please don’t include information you would not want us to hold.
- When you pay: payment is taken by PayPal or Stripe on their own pages. We never see or store your card number. They send us your name, email address, the amount and a transaction reference.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you write.
- Automatically: our hosting provider records standard server logs (your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when) for security and to keep the site running. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
- Your currency choice: if you switch the currency shown on our pricing, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it stays the same as you move between pages. It never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings. We set no tracking cookies.
2. How we use it
- To design your mockup and build your website — the questionnaire is the brief.
- To reply to you, send drafts and revisions, confirm payments and handovers, and provide Monthly Care support.
- To take payment and keep the records the law requires us to keep.
- To keep the site secure and diagnose problems.
- We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or send marketing emails unless you have asked for them; every message we send is about your project or subscription.
4. How long we keep it
Form submissions and project emails are kept for as long as we work with you and for up to three years afterwards, so we can support the site and answer questions about it. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Free-mockup requests that don’t become a project are deleted within twelve months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (section 5), and we will unless we must keep it by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU and UK under the GDPR, California, and the UAE under its Personal Data Protection Law) you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, or to object to a particular use. You may also withdraw any consent you have given.
To exercise any of these, email contactonwardsdigital@gmail.com from the address you used with us. We will respond within 30 days and will not charge for a reasonable request. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the data-protection authority where you live.
6. Children
This site and our services are for businesses and people over 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form data is relayed over encrypted connections, and our email and payment accounts are protected with two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable care.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page, and email current Monthly Care subscribers about any change that affects how their information is used.
